Sponsorship opportunities

There will only be one 1st level sponsor or main sponsor of the conference. The main sponsor will exclusively represent his industry. The Galla Dinner of YMC 2016 will be co-branded with the Diamond Sponsor’s name.  

• The logo and name of the sponsor will be shown on the invitation, conference leaflet and other conference related documents. The logo will also be published for about 6 months on the Young Movers Conference web page www.youngmovers.eu and the FEDEMAC site for the event.
• The main sponsor’s roll-up banner will be placed in main meeting room of the conference in front position as well as during the welcome dinner and reception.
• The main sponsor will be allowed to register up to 2 attendees to the conference at the expense of the organizers and register another two at his own expense.
• A presentation of the main sponsor’s company and/or products will be part of the conference programme.
• The main sponsor will be able to represent his company and/or products in the conference area of the hotel including an exhibition stand in front of the conference hall on the first day of the conference.
• The 1st level sponsorship will be highlighted in the conference booklet distributed to all participants.
• The main sponsor has two full pages for advertisement in the conference booklet for free.
• The Sponsor will have 45 minutes to explain their business during the event.
• The sponsor can hand out giveaways and/or information material during the conference or place it in conference bags.

There will be three sponsors of 2nd level at the most. These sponsors as well as the 1st level sponsor will exclusively represent their industries.

• The logo and name of the sponsor will be shown on the invitation, conference leaflet and other conference related documents. The logo will also be published for about 4 months on the Young Movers Conference webpage www.youngmovers.eu and at the FEDEMAC site for the event.
• The 2nd level sponsor will be allowed to register one attendee to the conference at the expense of the organizers and register another two participants at his own expense.
• The sponsor will be able to represent his company in the conference area of the hotel.
• A small rollup banner of the sponsor will be placed in main meeting room of the conference as well as during the welcome dinner and reception.
• The Platimum sponsor has one full page for advertisement in the conference booklet for free.
• The Sponsor will have 30 minutes to explain their business during the event.
• The sponsor can hand out giveaways and/or information material during the conference or place it in conference bags.

The 3rd level of sponsorship is an event (dinner, lunch, team building activities, etc.) sponsorship or part sponsorship. The event’s name in the programme will be connected with the name of the sponsor.

• The logo and name of the sponsor will be shown on the invitation, conference leaflet and other conference related documents. The logo will furthermore be published for about 3 months on the Young Movers Conference webpage www.youngmovers.eu and at the FEDEMAC site for the event.
• Such a sponsor will have the possibility to send up to 2 participants to the conference at his own expense.
• The sponsor has one half page for advertisement in the conference booklet for free.
• The Sponsor will have 15 minutes to explain their business during the event.
• The sponsor can hand out giveaways and/or information material during the conference or place it in conference bags.

The sponsors in this sponsorship level will get:

• The logo and name of the sponsor will be shown on the invitation, conference leaflet and other conference related documents. The logo will furthermore be published for about 3 months on the Young Movers Conference webpage www.youngmovers.eu and at the FEDEMAC site for the event.
• Such a sponsor will have the possibility to send up one participant to the conference at this own cost.
• The sponsor has one half page for advertisement in the conference booklet for free.
• The sponsor can hand out giveaways and/or information material during the conference or place it in conference bags.

The sponsors in this sponsorship level will get:

• The logo and name of the sponsor will be shown on the invitation, conference leaflet and other conference related documents. The logo will furthermore be published for about 2 months on the Young Movers Conference webpage www.youngmovers.eu and at the FEDEMAC website for the event.
• Such a sponsor will have the possibility to send up 1 participants to the conference at his expense.

The sponsors in this sponsorship level will get:

• The logo and name of the sponsor will be shown on the invitation, conference leaflet and other conference related documents. The logo will also be published for about 2 months on the Young Movers Conference webpage www.youngmovers.eu.
• This level of Sponsorship doesn’t be allowed for those companies that are not FEDEMAC members.
